Labels and tags show a field for "ID". This is needed for equipment ID traceability and is necessary to comply with standards such as ISO 9000 and 14000, ISO/IEC Guide 25, QS 9000. Designs must indicate the name of the organization, I.D. number, date of the procedure, date next due, by whom performed and part number for the label itself.
These are our most popular QC label designs. These traditional and simpler designs do not include certain fields required for compliance if your company qualifies for ISO certification (such as ID #). Many companies, hospitals and labs have their own QC and test procedures and, accordingly, choose these label designs to trace calibration schedules, defective material, test procedures, etc.
