Custom Printed Labels – Print Methods

Select a Printing Process
Click on one of these four printing methods. Digital Printing and Flexographic Printing are the most common.
Digital Printing  What's this?
Digital Printing
Need just a few labels? Go Digital. You get full color, fast turn-around and a wide variety of both inside and outside label materials.
Flexographic Printing  What's this?
Flexographic Printing
Need over 10,000 labels? The traditional favorite, flexographic labels remain the most affordable option for longer runs of labels.

Thermal Printing  What's this?
Thermal Printing
Ideal for security labels and one-of-a-kind numbering. Good for outdoors and designs with a few solid color areas.
Anodized Aluminum   What's this?
Anodized Printing
Most durable outdoors and high heat applications. Ideal for bar-codes or serial numbers. Print is embedded within the aluminum.

You don’t have to be a scientist to decode the mysteries of label printing. Yes, there are many different custom label printing techniques – but, for the vast majority of label applications, digital printing or flexographic printing works well. Of course, there are a number of specialty label materials and applications. We offer these, too. Call our LabelLab team. Or, as a good start, click on these links to learn more.
